Description:Iskcon Temple Delhi at East of Kailash is a temple by the Iskcon or the International Society for Krishna Consciousness popularly known as the Hare Krishna Movement. It was founded in the United States by A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
Iskcon centres are places to learn and practice Bhakti Yoga which is the devotion to Lord Krishna and belong to the Vaishnava tradition within Hinduism.
The centre conducts spiritual discourses, mid-day meal programs and other training activities. Food offered is called the Prasadam as it is always offered to Krishna before consumed by devotes.
The centre also has a vegetarian restaurant named Govinda's, which serves vegetarian food.
