The commemoration feast of St George is celebrated at the Puliyoor Orthodox Church Puliyoor. This feast commemorates his martyrdom.

Religious discourses, Holy Kurbana, Raza Procession and Cultural events are held as part of the celebrations.

Another highlight is the Kozhivettu Nercha where the cocks brought in as offering is cooked and served to the devotees.
