Schedule and Timing:
International Film festival of India is held annually in the month of November.
Entries open in the month of June/July and close in August/September.
Description:International Film Festival of India is India's prestigious international film festival which began in the year 1952. The film festival which began with participation from 23 countries, now has participation from over a hundred countries.

The following awards will be given to the international competition winners
- Best film - Golden Peacock
- Best Director - Silver Peacock
- Best Actor - Silver Peacock
- Best Actress - Silver Peacock
- Special Jury Award - Silver Peacock
IFFI is jointly organised by the IFFI Secretariat for the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, State Government of Goa and the Indian Film Industry.
Tickets / Registration:Delegate registration fee - Rs 300 to Rs 500.
