Thrissur ChalachitraKendram's flagship event, IFFT will be held from 1st to 7th March 2018. The screenings will be done at Sree Theatre, Bannerjee Club and St. Thomas College, Thrissur. Started in 2004, this is the 13th edition of IFFT.
Thrissur chalachitrakendram is a film study centre based in the heart of Thrissur city. It has so far done about 1500 film screenings, 1000 feature films and 350 Documentaries including International and national level arts films and parallel movies.
It is affiliated to the National Films Archives of India and Federation of Film Societies of India. It also conducts activities associated with Directorate of Film Festivals, New Delhi, Kerala State Chalachitra Academy, Films Division, Mumbai of I & B Ministry, Govt. Of India. Children's film society of India, Mumbai and St. Thomas College, Thrissur.
