The annual Kalpanirjhar Film Festival is usually held in the month of December.
Entries open by August - September. Entry deadline September.
Selection announcement in October.
Description:The Kalpanirjhar International Short Fiction Film festival is organised by the Kalpanirjhar Foundation, Kolkata. Fiction films of duration less than 30 minutes are screened in the festival.
Non-English films will have English subtitles.
The best Indian entry will receive the Patton Award and a cash price of Rs. 20,000. The Kalpanirjhar Film Festival was started in 2001.
