Schedule and Timing:
Azad Hind Gram Timings are from 10.00am to 6.00pm all days of the week except National Holidays.
Azad Hind Gram is a memorial for Subhash Chandra Bose and the INA (Indian National Army) he formed, for the cause of the struggle for Independent India. The museum has some rare memorabilia associated with Netaji., The INA and its members.
Alongside the Museum, there is a tourist complex with an information centre, souvenir shops, restaurants, convention centre and other public conveniences.
There is a day picnic package, especially for students. The program starts at about 9.30. Visit INA Museum followed by a short film show on Netaji and the INA. This is followed by some recreational activities. In the afternoon visit a nearby village in a bullock or camel cart and experience village life first hand.
Welcome drink, lunch and tea will be served. Cost per person is Rs.400. At least 7 days prior booking is needed.
