The Kerala bamboo Fest id held in the month of December.
Description:The 'Kerala Bamboo Fest' is a National Event to demonstrate the vast potential of Bamboo. It is a platform to display the unique creations of the Artisans/Craftsmen from the Bamboo sector of our Country. The various Service Providers are also invited to participate in the Fest to showcase their services offered to the Bamboo sector.
The Fest will showcase the work of Bamboo Artisans/Craftsmen, Public and Private Agencies and Institutions under the Bamboo sector. The Fest is a one of its kind for the Farmers and Artisans/Craftsmen of Kerala to showcase the opportunities of this incredible natural resource 'Bamboo'.
Air Conditioned Display Facility Stall (2M x 2M) will be allotted, free of cost to the Artisans/Craftsmen, Government Organisations, Research Institutions and SHGs.
On behalf of the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Kerala, the Fest is organised by Kerala State bamboo Mission (KSBM) and Kerala Bureau of Industrial Promotion (K-BIP).
The display area will be allotted to Entrepreneurs, Furniture Manufactures, Machinery Suppliers, Consortium, Associations, NGOs, Society etc. for an amount of Rs.1,000/-per sq. mtrs.

Cultural programs including bamboo music, bamboo dance and other traditional bamboo art forms are performed. The 2018 Expo is the 15th Edition of the Kerala Bamboo Fest.
