Schedule and Timing:
Lotus Temple at Delhi is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Lotus temple is closed on Mondays.
Lotus Temple a monumental piece of architecture built by the followers of Bahai faith. Lotus temple is open to followers of all religions. Entry to the Lotus Temple is free.
It is noted for it's distinctive and expressive architectural style. The main structure is in the form of a Lotus with three rows of petals with nine petals on each row. It is built using white marble.
One can just enjoy the serenity of silence or meditate inside the temple. Visitors can also walk around lawns outside the main structure and enjoy the beauty from outside.
